Observation

110-300-0165(2)(d)-During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a plastic bag with items and also a plastic package of diapers underneath the bathroom sink that were accessible to children. The provider corrected and removed both items during the visit. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f)- During the onsite monitor visit this licenesor observed an open ladder in the backyard where the kiddo's are playing. This licensor observed that this open ladder could fall over on a child if they grabbed on it. The provider corrected this during the visit and put the ladder away so it is not accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e)- During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the water temperture of the sink accessible to children in the bathroom at 135 degress fahrenheit and was hotter than the safe water temperture of 120 degrees Fahrenheit requirements. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(f)-During the onsite monitor vist this licensor obsereved no safety gates on both stairways that are accessible to infants and toddlers.
